Creating Inclusive Feedback Loops

As leaders, you will receive feedback from your team at various times throughout a year and sometimes throughout a day. What you do with the feedback is most important.

1. Listen. What is the problem?

2. Think. What areas can you improve?

3. Recommend. What recommendation for changes can you make that might positively contribute to resolving the issue?

4. Get Input - Share you plan with members of the team and check that it addresses the issue.

Building safe and inclusive workspaces requires leaders to go the extra mile to ensure all voices are heard and all faces are seen. How will you utilize feedback to be a more inclusive leader?
