Equity calls for the recognition of privilege and barriers that are faced by diverse groups. This week we examine allyship through the lens of equity and discuss ways to create more equitable workspaces.  Without equity, some employees may feel left out or even like they are not developing their skills to advance. 

 Also, we must be careful not to use equity and equality interchangeably because they are not the same. What can you do to ensure those you work with are focusing on equity and not just equality?
