Allyship

Happy New Year!  As some of you may know, I wrote the Transformative Ally Framework as I thought about what I missed when I was in Corporate America.  The goal of the book is to share what it takes to be a true ally and convey the message that allyship is not a "one and done".  You must continue to do the work.

In my opinion, allyship is about relationships, truth, and respect.  In this short video, I talk about why I created the Transformative Ally Framework and what allyship means to me.  Ask yourself, do you have an ally on your team?  Are they a trusted resource for you or are you still looking?
